You can only do so much. Life's like a baseball game, and you're the pitcher. It's not your job to hit the ball, just throw it and let go. The other person is either going to hit, foul out, or make a homerun. But that's their job. You've done yours already by trying to talk to them. Address that you know they don't listen to you, and express your feelings on it. If it doesn't change, they're not worth talking to.
