A food plan for two weeks because it takes two weeks to build a habit. And a phone number to call when they are tempted with support on the other end of the line. And possibly a diet pill that works on the side, to boost confidence, belief that if they try it will work (b/c what we think is literally in our heads...truth or not), and to actually speed up the process to make a noticeable difference when they weigh themselves and look in the mirror one month later. All this for a dessert? Yes.
