Are you "brave" enough to stand behind any DRs you've given (and make it known to others)--or are you the lily-livered, chicken-hearted, yellow-bellied, cowardly-lion-ish type to just "hit-and-run?"

Laughs, my sentiments exactly. I would be brave enough if I ever gave a down rate, which I don't, but, I do leave comments anyway.

On the odd occasion I have downrated anybody's contribution I have also left a comment, the same as I have when I have flagged a contribution as offensive. Having said that, I can't understand why so many people here get so wound up about some anonymous person on the internet clicking on a button. You can't spend the points and they aren't subtracted from your overall score. If you don't want to be anonymously downrated keep away from potentially controversial subjects, especially religion, politics and homosexuality.

I've never DR anyone .....but if i did i would say why i did it so as they could respond ...... not hide behind ...ANONYMITY........Whats the point of that .....??

I do,when I feel there should be a dr instead of a flag,I'll explain why.
