In the battle of breakfast, who would win... Malt-O-Meal or Cream Of Wheat?

I always preferred Malt-o-Meal. It was a change of pace from oatmeal. And it went great with cocoa and peanut butter on toast.

Malt-O-Meal and other hot cereals would most likely get "creamed" by Cream of Wheat, so I'd say Cream of Wheat. Lol. In Canada, we don' have Malt-O-Meal, only "Sunny Boy", a hot cereal made from hard flax seeds. It's hard to eat because of the hard grains, but it's good for maintaining "regularity". In that respect, Sunny Boy Cereal would definitely win over the other two, putting "sunny smiles" on all the sour-faced constipators, er, I mean competitors. Lol.
