The answer is FALSE.This is because when the impuse transmssion reach to the axon,the synaptic vessicles open up to release the chemicals that is electrical message,which when they get in the axon the activation of the Na and K ions takes place and these two are the essential message transmiter when they move by exchanging their possitions i.e when K inside Na outside and vice vaser until the message reach to the end of the axon! NOT THE VESSICLES PASSING INTO THE AXON MEMBRANE.
