Re-evaluate your priorities. You say you see no future with this other man, and that you love your boyfriend ... well, doesn't that kind of give your answer right there? If you really do sincerely love your boyfriend, I fail to see how betraying his trust and love for someone else is a good thing. And get what out of your system? Lust? Desire? Deal with it. We all meet people that we are attracted to - it's up to us whether or not we make the mature decision to understand it for what it is and move on. Lust will never compare with love. If you are after that type of relationship, it would make more sense to break up with your boyfriend. Unfortunately, as wonderful as the idea sounds, you can't have the best of both worlds without someone getting hurt.

Do you think cheating once is going to "get it out of your system"? When you say that you "like a guy who I see no future with", you're saying you want this guys body, and nothing else. Loving your boyfriend includes respect. Respect for his feelings. If you're boyfriend came to you and said he had cheated on you just to get it out of his system, would that be a good enough explanation for you? Don't cheat on your boyfriend. You realize you've got a good thing with him. Don't screw it up.
