  • Accupuncture or benedryl? you can also get an allergy shot from your doctor
  • Get a jar of honey harvested as close to you as possible. Eat a tablespoon every day. It really works. My two now allergy free sons are proof to me. Also try allergen covers on your pillows. +
  • There is an over the counter medication called Naslcrom (I think) that may help. If everything else fails, try asking your doctor about a prescription medication called FloNase, it actually cured my allergies for good!
  • My daughter has had allergies since birth. Over the years she has taken all kinds of medication. You would have to visit your GP for advice on which is the best for you. However, what I have done over the years is put dust mite covers on ALL her bedding, including the mattress, pillows etc. and hoover the mattress on a regular basis. Also she has an ioniser in her bedroom. She also had an allergy test - where she was 'scratched' on her back in 50 places with the more common allergies to find out which she reacted to. (she was actually allergic to the lanolin in the creams she was using). All in all you need to find out exactly what you are allergic to, and take it from there. If I can help any further please contact me again. I wish you luck Cotton my friend
