I believe reality exists to each of us individually and not collectively as a whole.

I beleive that we feel guilt is real and thats the reason for the mess were in, but that may not be helpfull to you. if we all worked at the same goal, say entrepenuerial business the world would change to reflect that, so yes what we perceive as a whole to be real becomes real. as far as mental control if you perceive yourself as something its a maner of time before you begin to portray it, but were not gods. we CAN be effected by what we deny

I believe that it does, and that the degree to which the mind correctly perceives and interprets those perceptions determines our ability to effectively interact with "reality", including each other.
    .
Treat it any other way at your own peril.
But remember, you can't afford to be wrong.

the "law of belief" under metaphysics states that " whatever you believe with feeling and conviction becomes your reality. it is not until you begin to chane your beliefs that you beging to change your reality". .. i personaly think we do have mental control over what we see through our general perception of the "real" world, yet individualy mental control is how u percieve it to be.

I believe that our subconscious creates what we experience and, in the same way it keeps our hearts pumping, grants us no control. Our consciousness, however, allows us to control the way we perceive or experience what our subconscious creates.

In truth, what you see, feel, hear, taste and smell are all simply a series of electrical signals going off inside your brain - "You stand not within the room you see around you... the room stands within you."

Therefore, I believe in the possibility that reality (including the brain itself) only exists internally and if you could somehow manipulate these "electrical signals", then you could in turn manipulate what you experience. But this would require that you somehow gain control of all levels of thinking and activity within your mind.

I believe that we have control over how we perceive what actually exists. If we believe that something, someone, or a situation is bad it will be, for us. If we believe that these things are good then, to us, they will be. This is a rose with thorns because it can cause us to live in an unhealthy situation and do dangerous things or it could cause us to find good and beauty in every situation and live a life of gratefulness and appreciation for what we have.

I believe that reality is relative to the individual and therefore we have control over the way we see things, experience things, and define things. Ask two people who experienced the same event what happened and you may get 2 different but truthful stories. This is probably because their perceptions of the event (or reality) were different

Everone's reality is different, however slightly. Everyone sees reality from a different perspective. Therefore reality, like everything else is relative, according to who's doing the perceiving, and from where they're standing.

What's real is relevant to what we (as individuals) believe, therefore reality is mentally controlled.
