i did not see the new one (2006 version), but the old one 1970's) is VERY good. Creepy and scary, but very very good.

The original Omen movie got alot of attention and was very popular. The spin off movies they made after the original were much poorer quality most people felt.

it depends on what you mean by "good" do you like gore? do you like thrillers? etc...The original "the omen" is AWESOME...its not really that gory to me...but i love gore so...but it is an all around good movie...the new one...its kinda boring and bleh...
