Last year's dress doesn't fit and the company holiday party is in a week. What am I going to wear?

Hit up some of the local thrift and consignment stores! You really don't want to wear last years dress, even if it did fit. You will be amazed at what you can find at the thrift stores for a fraction of the price! I scored a $400.00 wool, formal, ankle length coat for only $15.00 in PERFECT condition! Think sophisticated, but fun...and you will be a hit! If this is a formal party, there are even wedding dresses at some stores you can OVER DYE (do it yourself, or seek a professional seamstress who can do it or knows who can) Or I've seen formal dresses that were not specifically for weddings also available in jewel tones appropriate for an after 5:00 party. Silk pants (real silk not poly) with a stunning top and a flirty jacket would also be appropriate.
