Maybe they haven't been socialized enough. I had social problems for many years even though I am highly intelligent because I was only allowed to be around hysterical Christians and catholics when I was a kid. I did not know how to be with normal people.

I'm just like that. I wouldn't say I was smart. But Socially awkward and think differently to many others. I don't like dancing, singing, letting myself go infront of others very often. It takes a lot of drinks for me to let my guard down. I'm nice and friendly but don't talk openly to people I work with or anywhere else about my life. I'm a very good lier and can be 2-faced. People don't know half the time what the heck i'm thinking. Hard to read. When I meet other people like me we tend to get on very well. I hate loud people and people who are too upfront. Me and you would get on very well. lol :)
