  • You can't have Yin without the Yang.
  • The existence of something is metaphysical. The question "why" is epistemological. The metaphysical precedes the epistemological. The existence of "something" as opposed to "nothing" is axiomatic. It is a fundamental. There is no validity to asking the question "why" until there is "something" to ask about. Technically the question has no answer. But the best answer is "because there is something, and not nothing"
  • If nothing was possible we wouldn't be here.
  • In this universe there is something. You could imagine other universes with nothing. I am not sure you would call them universes, though. Or maybe we just believe that there is something, and there is actually nothing?
  • if there is nothing, how would you notice it. You can't explain nothing.
