Maybe you are already at a healthy weight.

Most people spend years gaining one or two pounds a year...then when they're "older" they realize they're overweight and want to lose 20 years of weight in 20 days. Doesn't work that way. If you want to lose, be happy to lose one or two pounds a week. If you can do that, at the end of a year you'll be down 52 pounds or more. The real trick is to keep it off once you've lost it. What is really required is a change of habits and patterns of living.

Did you start working out at the same time you went on your diet? You may be developing muscles. It's not BS when you hear 'muscle weighs more than fat."
-
Give it some more time and don't let yourself get discouraged. It will start to happen. Keep up the good work!
-
Because you are working out for 2-3 hours a day...your eating high amounts of protein probably building some mad muscles:)..Exactly what are you doing in your work out routine...lifting weights????
-
How long have you been doing this ... the working out and the diet?
-
lifting weights doesnt burn a whole lot of calories really.
-
You are shocking your body by starving it.
-
IF your workout doesn't contain aerobic and anaerobic exercise you probably will not trigger metobolic burn that is sufficient to take off excess weight.

It's possible you are not eating enough food to lose weight. If you eat a very small amount of food, your body will store it and you will not lose weight. If you do lose it will not be much. Try eating more of healthy foods like salads, fruits and veggies. Please don't forget your body also needs protein. So plan a healthy eating program and stick to it. But do not do the starvation thing as it will not work and it could make you very sick. I wish you the best with your weight loss. I am losing weight too. My doctor was quite happy that I had lost 8 pounds since my last 3 month check up. He said it is coming of slow and that is the way it should come off to stay off.

You are overdoing it, your body has shut down your metabolism. Start eating more. For hardcore training you need energy:) good luck!!
