  • From personal experience (I'm almost 20). I had my last 'growth spurt' at sixteen and have grown about an inch since then. I'm now 5ft 11 and haven't grown in about a year so you may grow another inch or two although I doubt a 'grow spurt' is coming your way.
  • Generally, males, stop growing in their early to mid 20's. Your parents height is a good factor in determining about how tall you will be. Females generally stop growing earlier in age than males. I think it's usually between 18 and 20, but everyone is different. My mother is 5' and my dad is 5' 7", I am 5'8" and my little brother is 6'. So, you could get an expert to try and determin if you are done growing, but you are probably going to just have to wait and see!
