  • That could be a host of issues. Anything from a corrupted operating system to actual physical damage of the hard drive. It may even be incorrect settings in the bios for that matter. Your best bet? Take it in for service because unless you really know what you're doing you could get yourself into worse shape than you currently are.
  • Did you recently add any hardware or leave a USB drive attached when you boot it? This error sometimes occurs when the sequence of drives found on the computer changes.
