Because it's my greatest dream to follow in the footsteps of those great explorers, Scott, Shackleton and Amundsen. Can we stop off in South Georgia? Oh, I'm so excited I can't think straight. You are going to take me aren't you? I can help you with bird identification - look, an albatross, a penguin, another penguin - and I can keep you cosy on those long winter days/nights creaking through the ice. I'm not too shabby when it comes to making hot chocolate, and I make a mean hot toddy.
