If you kids are his and you are under age he has to support you that is all I am sure of.
Should parent that works out of country have to pay more because he/she doesnt share equal custody/time with children?

You're reading My parents have been together for more than twenty years i have one sister...are they legally married in the state of california and does he have to support her financially if they seperate under law?
