My cuts only get itchy if I touch them. Just put some neosporin on them and don't pick at them.
That's just part of the healing. Put some neosporin on it. The moisture in it will help.

Most injuries get itchy when they scab over. That's why little kids often pick at scabs (in a non SI way, not the SI way, that's totally different) I recommend putting warm water on it and maybe covering up with a band aid.
