Don't avoid anything. Just eat what you want, but in moderation. If you want some cake, eat a few bites, not 3 pieces. If you cut yourself off from everything your body likes, you will soon crave it incessantly, then become miserable, then binge. And there goes the diet!
Ho Ho's, Ding Dongs, Hostess Cream Pies.....

Stuff that tastes good.
Pudding.
Anything with the word Mars on it would be a start.
all restaurants and any meals out of boxes or packages. Go with raw ingredients for everything.
sugar
Bacon wrapped little smokies
Anything deep-fried.
Anything served at a carnival.
i would avoid all carbphydrate food and sugar in my diet.
anything high in carbs or fat, such as pizza and most any fast food.
Donuts,cookies,pie,candy,cake and icecream.
pork rinds
None, unless the avoidance is due to allergies or other medical reasons (like being diabetic).
All things in moderation is the key to a healthy diet!
