You never know what a potential employer might hold against a job candidate.
Let them know what your prescription and dosages are, and take your prescription (or a copy) with you. Otherwise, when you test positive for opiates (and you will), they will at least hold your silence against you. There shouldn't be a problem if the know why the results come up as they do. But you never know.
They're not supposed to in the US but I'm sure employers do anyway. No way to stop them other than separating health care from employment and outlawing drug testing by private employers. It doesn't look like either will happen. +4

You're reading I am unemployed and taking prescription loratab for migraines and have an intervew with a drug screaning in two days I know it will show up on the drug test I have a legal prescription for the med. can a potential employer hold this aginst me
