God is many things ~ the father, the son, the holy ghost.. Best advice I can give on this is read the Bible and speak to a biblical teacher for better understanding.

God is our creator...and awareness is knowing he did. And the only way we can know id gaining knowledge from the Bible. Even the Quran has a similar beginning to the Bible...as far as how we originated.
