That depends on the shape of the rotors. Did the brakes pulse when they were applied? If yes, determine if the pulse is caused by the front or rear brakes by applying the parking brake gently while you are moving. If it still pulses then it's your rear brakes. If not it's your rotors. If there was metal to metal contact, the rotors will not doubt be grooved and should be replaced. When it comes to your brakes, for everyone's sake, don't go cheap. It's a matter of life and death.
