You can drink a vial of Ipecac, probably available at most drug stores. There are other ways of forcing yourself to vomit without using chemicals or medicines, but I wouldn't recommend it.

If you want tomorrow off, lie your ass off, if you want to be legit, go eat some rotten food. One time when me and my hubby were dating, he didn't want to go to work the next day and didn't want to lie, he swallowed a cigarette butt and he puked. It worked, but you know, I guess sticking your finger down your throat is the other option.

But seriously, one should NEVER make one's self vomit unless one has ingested a toxic poison. This is not only very, very bad for your teeth, but also your heart.
Ipecac is the best way to induce vomiting in an emergency.

the best way to vomit would be at the hospital with a pump... the easiest way would be the gag reflex. (warning vomiting is very toxic to your body.. acid should go down not up.. you damage many vital things vomiting.

If you're ill, you'll vomit as a reflex. I've heard that lots of vomiting can destroy your teeth and make them decay in a very bad way. The acid can also burn & damage on the way up your throat. You could really be hurting yourself. I don't think there is a best way.
