Thank you very much. I am just freaking out because I had no intention to steal anything but I had to admit with them that it was me the one puting the sticker on the item, so this was making me automatically resposible. It was for $5 dollars difference. I still cant believe it ended up like that havig to go to the office and accused of shoplifting. So, you think that if they were intended to send me a civil demand they would have told me so? I am sorry, it is just that I am freaking out because I would never have thought I would be in this kind of trouble and I am ashamed to tell anybody I know. thank you very much

Yes and charges can still be filed against you.
