Generally it's all pretty bad. In my experience most of the food is based in those food court sort of areas. The breakfast burritos are pretty good... well, compared to everything else...

'Best' Airport Food? Bawhahahahahahaahah! Talk about an oxymoron....:-D.... Actually, I found one of the 'Chicago-style' hot dogs to be OK. I haven't flown through there often enough to survey all the options.

Which terminal are you going to? Now you cannot enter the terminal without a boarding pass, so your food choices will be limited to a particular terminal.
