Chicken, turkey, beef. I recently had chicken that had been stuffed with a wild rice. Depending upon how broadly you define stuffing, you can include sandwiches as being bread stuffed with something else. For instance breakfast today was whole grain wheat, spinach, and feta cheese bread stuffed with a fried egg.
