are you still giving breast feed for your baby?; if you're not though you have to, you can manually remove it by using hand pump that are sold in markets. .
I would suggest you pay a visit to your Dr. S/he could diagnose you much better then I could.

Maybe your hormones are out of whack. They can cause headaches and breast tenderness. I think maybe you should see a doctor. Hope you feel better!

You're reading My breast have been hurting for 2-3 weeks, and have headaches and been tired. I started my period today, and it is bright red and watery. what could this mean. Usually my breast only hurt about a week prior to my period what could this be?
