Question

Help answer this question below.

My heart rate is always above 85 during the day, and gets about as low as 69 during sleep. I'm 18 years old and would be considered "obese". I don't do much physical stuff. But is a high HR normal if you are overweight and get little physical activity?

it beats for blood to move around, that's all you can really be sure of while your still a mortal 18 year old. Its odd they can't drink, but could have 400 beats per minute.
