Pretty close. But if they get dangerous, I'm sure the 'west' (America, Europe, etc.) will step in and try to do a bit of balancing out again.

china is waning, it got its power through exports. since the economic downturn, china has stopped importing raw materials leaving ships empty in the shipping lanes, something never seen in the history of shipping

it is not like what you think. actually, conditions there are much better than many european countries. and there is no dictatorship. but yes china is a superpower now and its power is only increasing. but rest be assured media is fooling us like it fooled about weapons of mass destruction in iraq
