It depends upon which hormone you mean, which gender you are, what your physical makeup is, and occaisionally, your racial background. In any case, you should really ask a medical professional! The joke I heard was: What's the difference between a vitamin and a hormone? You can't make a vitamin! Also: How do you make a hormone? Don't pay her! Coarse humour I know, but it appealed to my twisted sense of humour!

Eating healthy might help a bit. If people cut back on unhealthy foods that are full with chemicals and even hormonal products. The body and mind might stay balanced a bit more. If you meant something else with this questions then sorry.
