unfortunately most "free" sites are in fact full of bullshit.
once i created an account on one claiming to be a serial killer looking for my next victim and i still got the same "love your profile, we should get to know each other, get a paid account and we can message" responses.
thing is it is usually word for word the same message with different names and pictures.
just a con to get you to buy a paid account so you can contact these "fans" who don't even exist.
