Do i have the right to a fair trial in a municipal court (no jury)?.. is it a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest?.. who does the judge represent?.. so if the judge represents the crown does this not present a conflict of interest?

If you've got a ticket for a traffic offence just pay the fine and don't clog up the court system with a facile attempt at side-stepping justice. The courts are far too expensive a public facility to be misused in the way you describe in a comment to another answer.

who told you that? and why are you listening to them? you realize that there is no logic behind that argument? it makes a series of unconnected assumptions and then presumes an answer out of all of that?
