Always by hard work and never by sucking up or sexual favours

I would take my job duties and go above and beyond somehow... Stay late, come in early and what not. However I would NEVER do anything sexually because those "relationships" fade easily and hard work will last forever.

No farther than I do now. I work very hard and I have always been promoted as a result, so why change what works?
