    Users can't "track" you, but Admin can.

    Other users cannot (although they may have suspicions).

    The AB staff can see everything that you've done, so if you show a pattern of abuse (e.g. downrating EVERY answer by a particular member), they will give you grief about it.

    Nope. If you don't leave a coment with your DR there is no way to know it was you. I call that a hit-and-run and I consider it poor etiquette.

    When 41% of the ratings you have given have been negative I would have thought that you would already know that they can't - unless you leave a comment, of course.
