Unfortunately, no. I'd LOVE to DR someone and have them KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT (without spending the time commenting) that it was me.

Nope. If you don't leave a coment with your DR there is no way to know it was you. I call that a hit-and-run and I consider it poor etiquette.

Other users cannot (although they may have suspicions). The AB staff can see everything that you've done, so if you show a pattern of abuse (e.g. downrating EVERY answer by a particular member), they will give you grief about it.

No they can't. But it's better to leave a comment so the person knows why you didn't like the answer or question.

When 41% of the ratings you have given have been negative I would have thought that you would already know that they can't - unless you leave a comment, of course.

No, but if they contact the staff about it, the staff will find out who it is.
