"Twenty-ten," just like we said "nineteen - " for most of the years of the last century 99.9% of the time. We did not say "One thousand nine hundred - " except in long-winded speeches.

Probably twenty ten. I am wondering when we will get back to just saying the last two digits, like back in '99.
