When i go to view pics in folder ,it just shows details, view does not have thumbnails listed there.take to long to find pic iam looking for ...where is thumbnail gone.use to be there

Open the folder, right-click any blank spot, and select "Customize this folder....". My guess is that something there got tweaked.

Open the folder and you should see some options like organize, slideshow, views, etc. click "views" at the top of the window and another drop down panel will open allowing you to choose thumbnail size and style..your setting are probably on "details" instead of LArge, medium or small Thumbnail settings.

When you are in the folder with the pics, click on "View" on the top. There will be a pull down menu. There will be an option for Thumbnails (or whatever your computer calls them). Click it and it should change the view of the files. =D
