Whatever the judge has ordered is what has to be paid, until an appeal is heard and other orders are given. You can file for appeal. Call the court and ask judge's secretary what steps to take.
I think both parents have to pay their share of support to the guardian with whom the child lives.
If sperm is ejected from you into a female, and she becomes pregnant, you have to pay child support.
I am a single father who has raised my son from 9 months to 8 years with $440 of child support....Your question could be better phrased as "Can I have sex with no consequences?" No.
I'd check local jurisdiction but I would have to guess both parents have to do it.
I'm not sure under the light of law, but the child needs food, clothes and care anyway, no matter who is taking care of him/her, and nobody more than the father should provide those things to the child.

yes thats what i say cause for one their 17 and living with boyfriend. plus we dont know if her mom is givin the child support money to them anyways
