This is a hard question. I think we have to observe who hasn't been influence by people. Only type of person I can think of are babies. I think naturally from the beginning babies love nurture and nature. So I think there is some positive morality people have by nature.

No!!...Without God then moral and immoral, right and wrong, are whatever people say they are at any given point in time. Of course if a person denies God and turns out to be wrong, said person may wind up in some difficulty.

Of course, there's a basis for morality without a god. Why do the fundamentally religious think that mankind, who were obviously in existence eons before the Dead Sea scrolls came into being and long before there was even a written language, could only have developed a sense of morality AFTER such scrolls and laws were written? Sounds like a pretty ludicrous assumption on the part of religion.
