yep I wouldn't be surprised if that black out in Brazil a coulple days ago was from a hacker 60 million with out power they've had it happen before

Yes, I just read a few days ago that the U.S. suffered a massive attack during the Bush Administration. Apparently Terabytes of information were stolen.

Not only that black out in Brazil, but I've noticed a lot of issues with major utility providers record keeping. They rely on computers and I've talked to a lot of people that have had problems with major companies' record keeping; they're screwing up at record rates... I can't help but wonder about that "cyber" war talk.
