Probably the same reason men get implants, to feel better about themselves. If you are talking about breast implants, there are various reasons. Some get them after cancer surgery for reconstructive purposes, some after having children to restore the breasts to the way they were before children, and some simply don't like the size of their breasts and want a different size. The latest thing is butt implants. I would assume there are various reasons for getting those too! '-)

I cannot even imagine why. I suppose that they don't feel feminine enough with small breasts. I don't know that I wouldn't do it if I had small breasts. I doubt it but I suppose it's possible.

However, women should think seriously about having them done. Many women have serious complications from the procedure and often require further surgery.
