They must have a hard time in New York,debating whether to dine at Hing Wang's Restaurant,or the Hang Wong Restaurant,or to say: "Oh,Hang it all!" and just go to MacDonalds!!

Yes, Benihana's and The Outback. Probably others I can't think of.

Yes. The only one that I know of is Wagamama (British) and there aren't too many of them, but I am sure there must be more, anyway even just one example shows there is *at least* one chain =)
