Any! Because when it comes down to it you will feel obligated to do what you have said you would and that is such a turn off! It's the same with saying 'oh tomorrow at 4 o clock we can have sex'. Small chance you look forward to it. Sex has to happen. If you plan it you ruin it. Other things like exchanging partners is more a relationship thing than a sex thing I guess. You shouldnt make any promises that include getting physical with someone.

STOP MAKING PROMISES ... and start having a relationship based on sharing and expressing one's love and affection ... it's not about obligation and duty

Don't make any. A promise obligates you whether you really want to do it or not. In sex I'm sure you would rather do things because you want to do them rather than out of obligation. In your words and actions always be true to yourself and you will not need to make any promises.
