  • Could be ovarian cysts. I suggest you go to your gyn, just in case.
  • I do too :( and always have. But I dont even use Midol anymore. Go find something that looks like this: http://www.sacsante.com/products/neck_pain.asp That is a padded cloth filled with these plastic beads. You can put it in the freezer for neck aches OR put it in the microwave to heat it and put it on your stomach. Read the box and make SURE it's microwave safe. I use mine monthly and I have had mine for about 5 years! :)
  • If Midol and a heating pad don't do the trick, you may want to be evaluated for endometriosis. It's a hormonal and immune-system disease that affects girls and women. The main symptoms are pelvic pain and pain with intercourse. Check out www.EndomteriosisAssn.org or Mary Lou Ballweg's book, "Endometriosis: The Complete Reference for Taking Charge of Your Health," for mor information. The main point I want to make is that "killer cramps" are not normal. Good luck!
