When global warming raises temperatures by 3 degrees, an estimated 100 Million people will die in Africa. Is there anything that can be done now to avoid it? Like stockpiling food?

It is impossible for humans to really care about a wide range of people, maybe even just there family and close friends.

If 100 million people died, the world would be less populated and a better place. Things happen for a reason.

Sadly, nothing. The world as it stands today does not give a sh&t about the rest of the world. They produce fine and fancy movies, dinner parties, telethons, etc.But in the end what comes in finds it's way to a few pockets. Not the ones that need it.

I dont believe its about food. I think its about everyone going green. Mother Earth is being abused and its doing little things that will lead to bigger things. My island just banned one-time use plastic bags. Yes there are loop holes but more and more shoppers bring re-usable bags and one supermarket honors a discount per bag used. Is air travel still the worst pollutant yet, can we work on changing it?
