They were raised differently, I can't hold it against them.
-
its because those people have never had sex, and never will :)
-
I think it is the difference in how they were raised. +5

Some people will complain about anything, given the opportunity! Best to just ignore them.

Well, it's ridiculous, and I think it's terribly rude as well. The baby needs food, the mom needs to get out of the house. I was brought up in a culture where it is just a completely natural thing, and very ordinary to see. Living in a place where it was fround upon really gave me a shock, and made my babytime just a bit more difficult and depressing.thank you!

Yes, there is something wrong with them. They are bigots.

I honestly think that babies should stay at home. Hire a sitter. Maybe I'm anti-baby, but I don't see them as cute or adorable. I see them as an annoyance (especially in movie theaters and other such places in which hearing a crying baby would ruin the experience). I've heard tons of arguments about this crap, but would finding a trustworthy sitter be so hard? Is the decision of quality time with a baby versus a night of not taking care of it that difficult to make every now and then? I'm certain we can all find a middle ground someday, but, for now, leave your kids at home when you go to see a movie.

I think there is something wrong with them for sure, but I bet they'd complain a whole lot more if you started attending to the other end of the baby right in front of them!! Perhaps that's the solution, if they complain, threaten them with a soiled nappy! If you don't like babies, get up and walk away, you don't have another human and a changing bag to lug about, so you should find it much easier than the poor mother who is just trying to take proper care of her child!

I think they were weaned too early, it's made them bitter :)
-
Yeah, they probably think any position other than missionary is unnatural too lol.
-
I have never understood that. How could a mother feeding her baby bother someone?
-
Who cares what they think. The law protects a mother's right to breastfeed her baby anywhere she needs to do so. Anyone has a problem with it can shove it up their rear.
