Like most countries, if go to Japan and work without a work permit, you may get deported.
If you really have 0 papers, the risk is that you really won't be able to even get on the plane :p . Since you seem unsure about what to do, i suggest you consider looking into exchange programs at colleges you are thinking about applying to. maybe you can manage a free trip or a stipened work studey and arrangements through them. maybe you can "work" there teaching english or assisting through a cultural or language exchange programs.

You're reading So i'm 18, and I'm citizen from USA whos about to graduate from high school, before I got to college I want to go to japan rent a house and work there for 1 year, what would be the risks of going without any papers and please help me find out what I need
