Parents who allow the children to whine. Sigh.
parents that dont buy what the children want
If a child gets no reinforcement from whinning, the behavior will extinguish. The winner is getting something he or she wants, as a result of whinning. Stop providing them with what they want until the whinning ceases.
Not getting what you want.
Lack of control. My hubby Whines when he is sick, only because something else is in control.
The biggest whiners IMO seem to be the biggest control freaks.
