Your question is to broad... There are alot of crimes that merit an instant Death Penalty.. 1.Child Molestation 2.Murder 3.Rape And the list will go on... If we went back to Public Executions you would see a Dramatic Fall in any and all Crimes. Way it is now you are guaranteed a free place to sleep with heat and air,3 meals aday "no after meal clean-up involed",Sex "no permmision needed".

I don't think I'd have the death penalty, because one in every thousand people convicted in the U.S. are wrongfully imprisioned (or something like that). I wouldn't want to accidently kill an inoccent person. But I would give the convict the choice between death or life in prison.

I wouldn't have an instant death penalty for ANYTHING! Because there's always the tiny chance that they're innocent. Innocent people HAVE been sentenced to prison for rape, murder, and child molestation in the past, and subsequently exhonerated.

Any crime (save maybe minor R.T stuff) it doesnt really matter as long as we all stick to the same evidence their goosed anyway. let young offenders carry out the execution as a form of deterrent and community service!

Pedophiles, i would give every single one of thoes sickos the death penalty but only if there was undisputibal evidence. Id put a tube in there wrist while they watch thier blood pour into a container. Rapist, i would give them sick despreate people the death sentence also. Id stick them all in a unecapabal room and watch the deperate feed off the desperate literally. Murder, i would give some of these people the death penalty, but if a mans child wife or family had been harmed and he took revenge i would find him innocent. The ones that have no reason i would inject them with a poison that puts them asleep and they just pass away.
