Wow, there would be a big effect on fluid dynamics of the ocean and atmosphere via the "Coriolis Force". Ocean circulations such as the Gulf Stream would change. And the weather as we know it today would be considerably different. Much more rapid weather changes and forecasts would probably be less accurate.
