I wouldn't call 7% a huge hit. That is what she lost. You can't blame her for supporting Obama. They are friends. Well, Sarah Palin is scheduled to be on Oprah tomorrow and we shall see if Palin is able to raise Oprah's ratings. If not, it probably means the drop Oprah had last year was not because of the Republicans. I plan to watch Oprah because I usually watch her show anyway, no matter who is on it.

I'm sure the Palin show will get good ratings. I have not watched Oprah in years. Do not plan to start because of one good interview.

The Palin interview will probably do very well. But Oprah's 7% decline in ratings is attributed to many things, including her new age spiritualism which has alienated middle America. Keep in mind Kelly & Regis also declined 7% and several other daily talk shows declined in the double digits. It's got nothing to with Obama. You know, if you're trying to be an effective mouthpiece for the conservative right with all these silly questions, you're going about it all wrong.
